Our next meeting = 8 September 2018
7:00pm until 10:00pm
Thank you to all attended the August group meeting, so good to see so many of you and welcome to the group to the new members who joined us.
Our next meeting is Saturday 8 September at the Broadgreen Community Centre.
There are a couple of local Prides coming up too. 1 September is Reading Pride and 8 September is Gloucester Pride.
2019 will be our 30th anniversary so I would like to start early in planning a celebration - this deserves celebrating, we deserve it too.
I look forward to seeing you

We continue to extend an open invitation to everyone including members of the various FTM networks. The opportunity to increase our circle of friends is there and I feel that we have so much we can offer each other in terms of experience and knowledge.
Don't forget that you are welcome to bring friends and/or partners if you wish and please remember that there is no need to 'dress' if you don't want to, or if it proves too difficult; there is no pressure whatsoever other than on ourselves as a group to make everyone as welcome as we can and we are only too glad to meet you regardless of where you identify under, or even outside, the Transgender umbrella. Please note under 18's must be accompanied by a parent.
Please let us know any ideas or suggestions for future meetings and we will endeavour to set them up.
Your contact and ideas are paramount to any planned functions being enjoyable for everyone.
We are here for you regardless of how you perceive yourself, after all it is how you feel inside that is the only thing that matters.
We do not distinguish between people who identify as Transgendered, TG, Transsexual, TS, Male to Female, MTF, Female to Male, FTM, Transvestite, TV, Crossdresser, CD, Gender Queer, Gender Dysphoric, Gender variant or Cisgendered, as everyone is extremely welcome to come along and chat. It may be possible that you hear something new or gain insight into another perspective. In addition, you will bring new dimensions and experiences by just being you and that is something that we value.
We value hearing your views via our e-mail or, better still, in person at our meetings. Remember the group and this site are here for everyone that populates our TG community regardless of which area of that broad spectrum they populate. This welcome also extends to include family, friends or anyone who would just like information or a non-judgmental ear willing to listen (face to face or by e-mail) in complete confidence. To maintain this confidence I have to make it clear we are a support group for Transgender individuals, and not a dating group.
